How long does an order take?

Most pieces are made to order, usually 3 to 7 days plus courier time. Bags and big bouquets can take a little longer; Ilmaa will confirm the date on WhatsApp.

Do you deliver outside Indore?

Yes, orders are couriered across India. Add your full address and pincode in the bag and the delivery charge is confirmed on WhatsApp.

Can I choose my own colours?

Of course. Use the bouquet builder or write the colours in the note field before you send your order.

How do I pay?

After you send the order, Ilmaa confirms it on WhatsApp and shares payment details. Custom work starts once the order is confirmed.

How do I care for crochet flowers?

Keep them away from water and direct sun, and dust gently with a soft brush. They keep their shape for years.
